General Job Placement
Most candidates are placed within 1-2 weeks of their initial
interview. For immediate start positions, we can often place
qualified candidates within 24-48 hours. The timeline depends
on your qualifications, availability, and the specific job
requirements.
Our process is simple: 1) Submit your application online or
visit our office, 2) Complete a skills assessment if required,
3) Interview with our recruiters, 4) We match you with
suitable positions, 5) Interview with potential employers, 6)
Start your new job! The entire process typically takes 3-5
business days.
Not necessarily! We have positions for all experience levels,
from entry-level to senior roles. Many of our warehouse and
some remote positions are perfect for those just starting
their careers. We also provide on-the-job training for many
positions.
We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including
Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Garland, Grand
Prairie, Richardson, Carrollton, Mesquite, and surrounding
areas. For remote positions, location is flexible.
Remote Work from Home
Most positions require a reliable computer, high-speed
internet connection, and a quiet workspace. Some employers
provide equipment, while others offer equipment stipends.
Specific requirements vary by position and will be discussed
during the interview process.
We offer both full-time and part-time remote positions. Many
roles offer flexible schedules, allowing you to choose hours
that work best for your lifestyle. Full-time positions
typically include benefits, while part-time roles offer
competitive hourly rates.
Remote work is ideal if you're self-motivated, have good
communication skills, can work independently, and have a
dedicated workspace. We'll help assess your suitability during
our consultation and can recommend the best remote
opportunities for your skill set.
Warehouse Positions
Most positions require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds,
stand for extended periods, and work in various weather
conditions. Steel-toe boots are typically required (we can
help you find affordable options). Some positions may have
different physical requirements, which we'll discuss during
your interview.
We offer day shifts (6 AM - 2 PM), evening shifts (2 PM - 10
PM), and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM). Weekend work is
available, often with premium pay. Many positions offer
overtime opportunities for additional income.
Not always. We have many positions that don't require forklift
operation. However, if you have certification, it opens up
higher-paying opportunities. Some employers provide on-site
training and certification for qualified candidates.
Driver & Logistics
For delivery driver positions, a valid standard driver's
license with a clean driving record is sufficient. For CDL
truck driver positions, you'll need a Class A CDL. We can help
connect you with CDL training programs if you're interested in
pursuing truck driving.
Most of our delivery driver positions provide company
vehicles, including fuel and maintenance coverage. Some
positions may require you to use your own vehicle with mileage
reimbursement. Vehicle requirements will be clearly stated for
each position.
Local delivery routes typically stay within the DFW metroplex
with drivers home each night. Regional routes may involve 1-2
nights away per week. Long-haul positions offer higher pay but
involve extended time on the road. We'll match you with routes
that fit your lifestyle preferences.
Pay & Benefits
Most positions offer weekly pay, with some offering daily pay
options. Pay methods include direct deposit, pay cards, or
paper checks. You'll receive your first paycheck within one
week of starting work.

insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid
